Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Appointments

 

Our services are by appointment, we do accept walk ins and last minute bookings ; however we cannot guarantee desired times or services. We always recommend pre-booking your appointments with us to ensure that you get the date and time that works best for your schedule. We also offer online booking that is available to you 24/7, or you can always email us.

We do require a credit card when booking online, to hold your reservation with us. We will not charge this card, and you may pay with your desired method at the time of the appointment.

 

Late Appointments

 

When arriving late to your appointment, please understand that we likely have another client scheduled after you, that is expecting their appointment to start on time. We will always do our best to accommodate your appointment, however it is possible your service may need to be modified to fit the time we have remaining before our next scheduled appointment. The full cost of the service rendered will still be applicable in most cases.

 

Cancellation & No Show Policy

 

We understand that things happen, appointments can be forgotten about, people get sick, plans change last minute. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice whenever possible to cancel or reschedule appointments, this allows us to fill this spot.

If you have forgotten about your appointment or are not able to make it for any reason, please give us a call or email to let us know. Repeat no shows (2 or more)will result in a cancellation fee of 50 % of the appointment cost.
