  • By appointment only. We cannot accept walk ins at this time. 

  • For product purchases please call or message us ahead of time to limit traffic in the spa.

  • If you are feeling unwell, have been out of the country or have had known contact or live with someone that is ill, please cancel your appointment. There will be no cancellation fees at this time. 

  • When arriving for an appointment please remain in your vehicle until we call/ text you to enter the building. 

  • There will be sanitizer available for use throughout the spa. 

  • Please come to your appointment alone unless you must be accompanied by a guardian.

  • Please ask a staff member for assistance with retail products including makeup.

  • Food and beverages are not permitted in the spa as mandated by KFL&A Public Health. 

  • There will no longer be a seating area available, please bring flip flops to pedicure appointments as regular nail polish does take 45 minutes to an hour to dry fully.

  • If you have a mask, please wear it to your appointment, if not we do have a limited number of masks available for guests.
